The Respect Life Committee, part of the Social Justice & Charity Commission, announces the Mother’s Day Baby Shower Collection for 2021. Items collected May 1 through May 9 will support women and couples dealing with a crisis pregnancy, helping relieve concerns of how to start their little ones on a safe journey in life.
Donations will be split between two agencies supported by the Social Justice Commission due in part to parishioner connections. The first is Birthright of Minneapolis located in downtown Minneapolis. The second, Southwest Options for Women (SWOW) recently relocated from its Hopkins location to Tower Square in Eden Prairie.  SWOW is the only crisis agency in the southwest suburbs. Both agencies give a woman a place to safely talk about their situation.
The following is a list of items requested by the two agencies. Note all items must be in NEW condition, and they are asking that NO EQUIPMENT be donated this year, due to lack of storage space in both locations. This list can be found on the online sign-up form
